Diversionary Works
We assume responsibility for the meticulous planning and execution of diversionary works (C3/C4) tailored to the specific needs of our client.
Our expertise extends to managing all C4 requests throughout the North of England and Scotland. Likewise, for other clients, our service footprint extends across the entire UK, encompassing all C3 and C4 diversionary requests. Our comprehensive approach includes a range of critical activities, such as surveying, planning, and design work. This encompasses various works, including civil, cabling, and splicing.
To ensure the seamless execution of these tasks, we interpret developer drawings by conducting onsite meetings. These interactions enable us to provide planning and design solutions, thereby safeguarding the integrity and accessibility of our clients' infrastructure. During these operations, we assemble ‘Job Packs’, comprising but not limited to work instructions, CDM compliance, BOQ and BOM requirements. We also expertly interpret and present essential fibre records and splice schedules, ensuring minimal downtime for our clients' customers during these diversionary works.

Developer Site Audits
In alignment with our diversionary work activities, we actively conduct ongoing audits of C3 quotes at developer sites. This diligence ensures that client infrastructure remains unaltered and unobstructed, maintaining network integrity.
Exchange Site Inspection & Maintenance
Nationwide across England and Scotland, we assume responsibility for the inspection and upkeep of all our client exchanges. Our tasks encompass not only routine maintenance, including cleanliness, but also the verification of fire extinguisher and first aid kit availability. We conduct thorough ODF audits to aid our client in their record-keeping efforts. This includes testing and labelling all components within the exchange and providing comprehensive reports, offering tangible evidence of connected assets and the overall condition of the sites.

A-B End Connections for Customer Connections
We specialise in survey, planning & design of A-B end connections for a diverse range of fibre (and Copper) circuits, spanning standard business installations, Ethernet circuits, GPON, XGSPON, P2P links, and core cable runs. Our services extend to the creation of ‘job packs’, complete with all necessary documentation for contractors to execute the required work. This includes seamless connectivity from the customer's designated installation point to the required feed from the customer network.
BT Works
In conjunction with our diverse range of services, we proficiently manage the NOI planning process. This includes initiating the NOI through the BT portal and culminating in the production of comprehensive as-built documentation, facilitating the closure of the NOI. Additionally, we currently undertake 3rd party joint surveys alongside BT Openreach, which help in creating work instructions aligned with introducing client connections into BT Openreach exchanges.

Walkout Activities
We provide walkout activities geared towards verifying client/BT assets, streamlining the design process. These activities encompass raising A55s (Alteration of Network Records) and confirming the availability of duct space.
Throughout this process, we record pertinent details and furnish detailed reports to ensure right first time build specifications and minimise deviations from the plan, thus averting any delays or added cost within build process.
Site Supervision
Offering on-site supervision for the entire process of Civils, Cabling, and Splicing works, ensuring a strong emphasis on health and safety standards and adherence to required quality benchmarks. Simultaneously, we ensure that the project remains on schedule, actively engaging with stakeholders to provide consistent updates and prevent any potential loss of time.
Project Management
Once works have been instructed we manage all works from start to finish this includes –
Liaise between the client and contractor to organise works on site
Liaise with 3rd parties regarding their works/dates
Order cable/consumables to be delivered directly to contractors
Book the outage requirements
Visit site to supervise if/when required
Sign off the completed job pack
Produce As-built documentation.
